[Nominations](http://extremenonprofitmakeover.com/rules-and-policies/nomination/) are currently being accepted at the [Extreme Nonprofit Makeover website](http://extremenonprofitmakeover.com/) and will be accepted through May 15, 2014. Nonprofits may submit themselves for consideration (i.e., self-nominate). [Qualification information](http://extremenonprofitmakeover.com/rules-and-policies/) and a small set of rules are also posted at the site.
